Tech-BITS

Tech-BITS - paper presentation competition was held on date at all India level. Papers were presented on several technical topics like CDMA vs. GSM, Nanotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, Real-time OS, PLCs, Robotics, etc...

Sports Centre

The BITS sport centre is a central body catering to the needs of sports activities of all institutions under Global Education Society. It operates under the guidance of BITS sports Sport Committee consisting of senior teachers and the students from the institution. A large play ground is ready in the campus and it accommodates play fields for cricket, hockey, football and Indian games. A separate swimming pool of international standards is also planned.

The management of the BITS is confident that college also will excel in sports activities at University level.

Seminars

In order to resolve Students problem related to academics, discipline, personality development and other relevant issues college has student counseling cell. Staff members are responsible to solve the students problem if any through seminars. The cell also motivates the students to perform. The cell also gives advice and guidance for the correct method of learning, remembering, and writing the answers in the examinations through the seminars.
Steps are also taken to motivate students to appear in different competitive examinations like GATE, GRE, GMATE, TOEFL , UPSC, Civil Services, etc... The main objective of the cell is to motivate the students so that there hidden talent may come out and their logical thinking and efforts may integrate to enable them to perform better.

Group Discussions
For the all round personality development of the students , group discussions are organized on a weekly routine basis.

Cricket Tournament
Our strong cricket team participated in an Inter-College cricket tournament organized by SATI, Vidisha.
An Intra-college branch-wise cricket tournament was also organized.

Cultural Activities

A central cultural centre helps students develop their skills in cultural activities such as dramatics, singing, painting, arts and crafts etc. It operates under the direction of BITS Cultural Committee consisting of the staff and the students.
The Centre is aimed at providing an opportunity to the students to bring out under lying skills of stage performance by conducting the programs on various occasions.
Since the campus is away from the city and the student need to have recreation the cultural centre shall arrange for the film shows on weekends and holidays.
